It appears that what I did was make a number of braids at the back of the head, two of which I simply wrapped around the head, two of which I crisscrossed over the top of the head several times pinning the little loops in place, and the rest of which I wound back and forth in a figure eight at the back of the head. I left a small section of hair hanging down in the back coming out from under the figure eight of braids.
I love dressing up and playing with hair and thought it might be fun to share the outfits and hairdos I come up with.

Loops and Braids
I adore long hair, and coming up with elaborate things to do with it, even if I don't do it on myself that often. one of my favorite things is crisscrossing braids on the top of the head, and here's a fine example:
